The video appears to show Breinholt, still handcuffed, with his hand on the officers gun as Wilhelm and Atkin started to wrestle with him. The gun was not removed from its holster. Longman rushed into the room, pulling his firearm as he grabbed Breinholts head. He yelled, Youre about to die, my friend, and fired the fatal shot. It all happened in six seconds. Good shoot. If you try and grab an officer's gun, even if you don't get control of it, you will get shot and rightfully so.
